Hassle-free clearances
That's what we have been doing for over 20 years. Homes, lofts, garages, outbuildings, shops, offices, warehouses - the lot. We turn up, they clear everything and leave the room ready for the next step.
But here's the part most clearance companies don't tell you. A lot of what looks like rubbish isn't. Furniture, tools, household effects - items that could have real value at auction. Town or Country Clearance identify anything saleable, offer you a hassle-free offer to take it to auction and reduce your invoice. You pay less. Sometimes considerably less.
THREE REASONS TO CHOOSE US
You could pay less than you expect
We give you an offer for anything we can sell. The proceeds come straight off your bill. It's that simple, and it's something very few clearance companies offer.
You're covered. Completely.
Town or Country Clearance are registered with the Environment Agency as licensed waste carriers (CBDU245096). Fully insured. Everything disposed of legally and responsibly. No nasty surprises.
You deal with the owners, not a call centre
William Douglas handles your job personally. You get a written quotation, straight answers and people who actually turn up when they say they will.
